What You'll DoAs part of our management team, you'll take ownership of your restaurant's success — from daily operations to team development. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Driving business performance by managing sales targets and controlling costs across labour, packaging, and food & beverage.
• Upholding Jollibee's gold-standard food safety, service, and cleanliness protocols in line with regulatory requirements
• Leading your team end-to-end — from hiring and onboarding to scheduling, coaching, and performance management and retention.
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience by handling customer feedback with professionalism and care.
• Preparing monthly management reports and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by senior management
