Job Description
A Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high-quality standards.
The Restaurant Manager must lead by example, foster a positive work environment, and effectively manage both front-of-house and back-of-house activities to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
• Hires and trains staff
• Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
• Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
• Manages and maintains stock inventory
• Reports daily sales and other ad-hoc duties assigned
• Prepare food orders.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
• Singaporean/PR/LTVP Holder
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry
• Preferably able to start work immediately
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
