Job Description
Reporting to Restaurant Manager.

The Restaurant Operations Executive supports the daily operations of Hua Ting Fine Dining Restaurant by delivering exceptional guest experiences in accordance with Forbes 5-Star and luxury hospitality service standards. The role ensures smooth restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, team coordination, and strong product knowledge while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.

ยท Assist in the supervision and coordination of daily restaurant operations.

ยท Ensure all team members are familiar with menu offerings, promotions, and service procedures.

ยท Deliver personalized and attentive guest service aligned with luxury dining standards.

ยท Build rapport with guests and anticipate guest needs to enhance the dining experience.

ยท Recommend food and beverage pairings and upsell premium menu items professionally.

ยท Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery promptly and professionally.

ยท Monitor restaurant cleanliness, table settings, and overall dining ambiance.

ยท Support reservation management, seating arrangements, and VIP guest handling.

ยท Assist Restaurant Manager in administrative duties, reports and stock coordination.

ยท Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company operational standards.

ยท Support training and coaching of junior service staff when required.

ยท Perform any other duties assigned by Restaurant Management.
