Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced an Opening Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, who is polished, organized, and customer-focused to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Direct and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
• Recruit, train, and manage personnel to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and cleanliness to ensure a superior guest experience
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to maintain cost control and supply continuity
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities to drive revenue growth
• Maintain accurate records related to scheduling, payroll, and employee performance

Qualifications and Requirements
• Degree or diploma in business administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
• Valid certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., SERV Safe or equivalent)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required during events
