Maintenance Plumber

Main Job Functions:
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems (e.g., piping, drainage, sanitary fixtures).
• Diagnose and repair faults in water supply, drainage, and heating systems.
• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances where needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant legislation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Identify and recommend improvements to systems or procedures.

Main Key Requirements
• Residing in Centurion or surrounding area
• Solid understanding of plumbing standards
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Excellent problem-solving, fault-finding, and diagnostic skills
• Good communication abilities
• Ability to take instruction and work well under pressure
• Neat, professional, punctual, friendly, and respectful at all times
