Job Description
Main Job Functions:
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems (e.g., piping, drainage, sanitary fixtures).
• Diagnose and repair faults in water supply, drainage, and heating systems.
• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances where needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant legislation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Identify and recommend improvements to systems or procedures.
