Qualification Requirements

Matric
LSS Greenbelt or Lean Leader (Essential)
Manufacturing Academy Certificate or Leadership/Supervisory Certificate equivalent (Desirable)
Advanced OSHACT certificate (Essential)
Food safety requirements (FSSC 22000) (Essential)

Experience Requirements

FMCG Packing Supervisor/Manager 2-3 Years (Essential)
Stock management system principles 2-3 Years (Essential)
