Key Responsibilities

Picking and Packing
• Accurately pick products from inventory shelves based on customer orders or packing lists.
• Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transportation.
• Label packages correctly and ensure that all items in an order are accounted for.

Order Fulfilment
• Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and prepare orders for dispatch or delivery.
• Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy in order processing.

Stock Management
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organize stock in designated areas and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.

Warehouse Operations
• Follow all established warehouse processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., trolleys, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods as needed.

Quality Assurance
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors immediately.
