Job Description
Mega Packaging is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Internal Sales Assistant to join our team. This role combines hands-on warehouse duties with customer-facing internal sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately
• Receiving and checking incoming stock
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assisting customers with product inquiries (phone, email, walk-in)
• Coordinating with the sales and logistics teams
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a warehouse or internal sales role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Basic computer skills (e.g., invoicing systems, email, spreadsheets)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to lift stock when required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel locally / go on the road when required
• Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans

Salary:

+/- R8000.00 per month
