Job Description
Overview US Trades & Talent is seeking 10 highly skilled and experienced Combo Welders who are 6G certified to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform welding tasks on various metal materials using TIG, MIG, and stick welding techniques. The candidate should also have experience with plasma cutting, brazing, and soldering. Must HOLD welding certs.
Responsibilities Perform welding tasks on various metals using TIG, MIG, and stick welding techniques.
Set up and operate welding equipment, including but not limited to power sources, welding guns, torches, and plasma cutters.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols to plan welding activities.
Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet the required specifications.
Perform maintenance on welding equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
Monitor inventory levels and order welding supplies as necessary.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
Communicate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Details Pay Range: $25-$38 depending on experience
Per Diem: $105 per day worked
Job Location: Bowling Green, Kentucky
Job Duration: Approximately 2 years
Working hours: 40 to 70 hours per week, depending on project progress
Certifications: Must HOLD welding certs
Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screen if required.
