Job Description
All Pro is a commercial kitchen stainless steel sheet metal fabricator dedicated to installing quality Kitchen equipment throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Layout, position and secure parts and assemblies according to specifications.
• Tack weld or weld components and assemblies using electric, gas, arc or other welding techniques and equipment (MIG/ TIG).
• Analyzes drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly and welding operations.
• Determine required equipment and welding method, applying knowledge of metallurgy and welding techniques.
• Responsible to inspect and assess the quality and strength of welding work.
• Coordinates with shop foreman for the purpose of completing projects efficiently.
• Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Must be a certified welder with documentation.
• Vo-Tech Training or at least 3 years experience Specific skills required to satisfactorily perform the function of the job include: operating equipment used in welding and metal fabrication including band saws, grinders, breaks, shears.
• Effective reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Must be able to walk and stand throughout an eight hour day.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Independent thinking, organization and planning abilities and excellent analytical thinking are essential.
• Prior work experiences in the construction industry a plus. A strong desire to grow your career and the ability to learn quickly.
• Must show proof of US Citizenship
