Job Summary

Ibarra Group LLC is a Certified MBE/DBE Steel Fabricator and Steel Erector based in Chicago. We are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to become an integral part of our team! The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.

Responsibilities:
• Perform Various Welding Operations
• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
• Team Collaboration

​Qualifications:
• Must be proficient in reading blueprints and shop drawings
• 5 to 10 years experience
• Experienced in fabrication of Steel Stairs / handrail / Structural Steel / Fence
• Must be able to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of fabrication and welding tasks
• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting welding issues
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en la fabricación de escaleras de acero, barandales, acero estructural y cercas
• Capacidad para gestionar y trabajar en múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, garantizando calidad, precisión y cumplimiento de plazos en las tareas de fabricación y soldadura
• Habilidad para resolver problemas y diagnosticar fallas en procesos de soldadura
• Conocimiento de herramientas y procedimientos de soldadura
• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico
