Evergreen Homes Restoration LLC is currently expanding its plumbing vendor network across New York. We are actively seeking skilled, licensed Plumbers for ongoing residential maintenance, renovation, and property preservation projects.

Detailed Scope of Work:

The selected plumber will be responsible for performing a variety of residential plumbing tasks, including but not limited to:
• Plumbing system troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Leak detection and pipe repairs
• Water heater repair and replacement (tank & tankless)
• Fixture installation (sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs, showers)
• Drain cleaning and clog removal
• Water line and drain line repairs
• Pipe replacement and re-piping (partial & full)
• Installation of shut-off valves and pressure regulators
• Correction of municipal or state plumbing code violations
• Plumbing repairs for rental turnovers and vacant properties
• Performing repairs identified during property inspections
• Ensuring all work complies with New York plumbing code standards

Projects may include single-family homes, multi-family units, rental properties, vacant homes, and investor-owned properties.
