Hiring for Plumbers

Job Description

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems. Install water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems. Rod out clogged drains and plumbing systems. Consult with customers on what the best options are for diagnosing or repairing. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor. Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards. Complete work orders accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems for residential customers.
• Install water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems.
• Rod out clogged drains and plumbing systems.
• Consult with customers on the best options for diagnosis or repair.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
• Complete work orders accurately and on time.

Essential Skills
• Construction and Plumbing experience.
• Possession of an apprentice card or a journeyman license.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in working with PVC, copper, cast iron, and piping installations.
• Soldering skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with water heater installation and repair.
• Familiarity with advanced plumbing systems, including tankless water heaters and filtration systems.
• Basic plumbing knowledge for integrated home systems.
• Comfort using mobile work order and scheduling apps.
