Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with all building codes and project specifications. Duties
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to coordinate project tasks effectively.
• Perform remodeling tasks such as fixture replacements or system upgrades as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Skills
• Extensive experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of pipe fitting and system installation.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing infrastructure is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work.
