Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and construction, demonstrating expertise in both residential and commercial plumbing systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.

Duties
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in various settings including residential and commercial properties.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Conduct construction estimating to assess project requirements and material needs.
• Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks as required for installations or repairs.
• Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary for transporting materials or equipment on-site.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide field service support for emergency plumbing issues as they arise.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.

Skills
• Proficient in construction plumbing techniques with hands-on experience in the field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
