Job Description
Rydal Park & Waters, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a Full-time Maintenance Tech/Plumber to join our team!

The Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing fixtures, as well as general upkeep and repairs of the Rydal Park & Waters community. This includes responding to repair needs, general cleaning duties, grounds keeping, and emergency response.

Monday - Friday; occasional weekends

Salary range $25 - $29 depending on experience

To be successful in the role, you would have:
• Prior dedicated plumbing experience
• Desire to work in an environment where you interact with & provide service to our Residents daily
• Valid PA Drivers license

Responsibilities:
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of HumanGood.
• Installs and repairs pipes and fixtures (such as sinks, toilets, safety showers and eyewashes) for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids; installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.
• Replaces faucets and plumbing fixtures; installs new piping 1/2 inch to 8 inch; performs snake drainage.
• Reads and works from blueprints and sketches to complete workload efficiently and accurately.
• Performs other maintenance duties as needed.
