Amuneal Manufacturing is seeking a Packer to join our fast-paced, dedicated, and extremely talented team. Packers are responsible for the successful packaging and shipment of product to outside vendors and customers, as well as the generation and accuracy of associated paperwork. This role will operate on a 4 day, 10 hour work week of 6:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities
• Ensure that product is packaged in accordance with documented work instructions where present, and with regard for best shipping practices.
• Transit of material from Manufacturing area to Shipping area when required.
• Logging time in Epicor against Shipping operations.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy and readiness for customer delivery.
• Provide notice to responsible supervisor about impending shortages of packaging materials.
• Make use of Customer portals and shipping methods, when instructed by Shipping & Logistics Coordinator.
• When damaged packaging is identified, either as the result of actions taken inside Amuneal, or upon receipt of material from an outside vendor, the Shipper will notify responsible management and take any identified actions.
• Make sure damaged product is not packaged and shipped.

Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in an applicable role (Mover, Packer, Logistics Coordinator, Stocker, etc.)
• Forklift Certification is required for this role.
• Proven track record of exceling in a fast paced environment, and helping drive process improvements.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
• Strong Organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient computer and keyboarding skills.
• High level of accuracy, with special attention to details.
