About the Position

The Packaging Specialist role is an entry-level development position designed for individuals eager to build a career in packaging sales and ultimately grow into an Account Manager role. If you are motivated, adaptable, and ready to learn, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client success and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Account Retention & Growth: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Sales Development: Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Client Engagement: Travel daily to visit clients, distributors, and prospects at fulfillment centers and distribution warehouses.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends and product innovations to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve Results: Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and new account acquisition.
• Collaborate: Partner with internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Report & Analyze: Track visits, performance, and market insights for leadership.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Business, or related technical field preferred.
• Open to recent graduates and entry-level candidates; 1-3 years of experience (including internships and co-ops) in sales, packaging, or technical B2B environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Experience with cold calling and lead generation is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently (25-50%) and relocate for future Account Manager opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., C4C, Salesforce).
