Job Responsibilities Apply chemical and mechanical engineering knowledge in daily operations, troubleshooting, and process improvement Monitor and ensure achievement of quality KPIs Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to identify and resolve process-related issues Evaluate and improve existing processes and work procedures Prepare and standardize SOPs and provide training to operators Ensure product quality and handle any process discrepancies Set and review quarterly MBO (Management by Objectives) Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives Perform any other duties assigned by the management 📋 Job Requirements Minimum Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical / Materials) Strong communication and writing skills Proficient in Chinese language (required for machine operation and training materials) Willing to be posted overseas for training Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Registration number: R1216462 Inter Island Manpower Pte Ltd (Co Reg: 200810144N/ EA License: 08C3527) Please send your updated resume by clicking "Apply" .
