Job Description
Regular
• Monitors all building operational equipment and facilities
• Tabulates hourly the heat exchanger temperature and pressure readings
• Monitors and controls the operation of all elevators
• Monitors and controls the building fire alarm system
• Records all significant events monitored at BMS
• Prepares weekly status report

Occasional
• Replaces CCTV tapes
• Repairs minor work on BMS equipment

Others
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
