Job Description
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the property, its occupants, visitors, and assets. The position involves monitoring activities, enforcing security policies, responding to incidents, and ensuring a safe environment at all times.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesSecurity and Safety Operations
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats.
• Control access of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering and leaving the premises.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and security systems.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, accidents, and security incidents.
• Enforce company rules, regulations, and security procedures.

Monitoring and Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Prepare and submit incident reports and logbook entries.
• Report suspicious activities, hazards, and security breaches to the immediate supervisor.
• Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment, when assigned.

Customer Service
• Assist residents, tenants, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide directions and information when necessary.
• Handle complaints and concerns related to security matters.

Emergency Response
• Participate in emergency response procedures, including fire, medical, and evacuation situations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency responders when required.
• Assist in implementing disaster preparedness and safety protocols.

Asset Protection
• Safeguard company properties, equipment, and facilities.
• Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing materials, packages, and vehicles when required.
• Ensure proper documentation of deliveries and property movements.

Qualifications
• High School Graduate or College Level.
• Preferably with a valid security guard license issued by the appropriate regulatory authority.
• Previous experience in security services is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
