Job Description
The Security Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company personnel, clients, properties, and assets. The position involves supervising security personnel, monitoring security operations, enforcing company policies, investigating incidents, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and local authorities when necessary.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security guards and supervisors.
• Prepare schedules, deployment plans, and operational reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance and accountability of security equipment and records.
• Assist management in developing and implementing security programs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Licensed Security Officer and/or relevant security certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in security operations, supervision, or management.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and investigation techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report writing.
• With valid driver's license and personal motorcycle
