Key Responsibilities Perform regular patrols to ensure safety compliance and enforce security protocols across the premises. Monitor CCTV and surveillance equipment to detect and report suspicious activities promptly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility. Manage access control and crowd regulation at entry points to prevent unauthorized access. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and alarms, following established safety procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to conduct safety drills and maintain operational readiness. Keep detailed incident reports and logs related to security and maintenance activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in security, cleaning, or factory work is preferred. Strong observation and surveillance skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
