Job Description
Responsibilities:
• In charge of building wiring and equipment/machineries wiring;
• Regular maintenance of panel boards and smoke detectors for all stores, including affiliated companies;
• Assist IT in testing and cabling work for POS, CCTV as needed;
• Miscellaneous maintenance and repairs of other items/equipment such as electric fan, TV, vacuum cleaner, MED and Wasachi kitchen equipment and electronic flush;
• Operate genset, with or without load, including reporting and documenting of fault to service provider;
• Replace busted lights, outlets; Electrical wiring and data cabling works for minor store renovations

Minimum Qualifications:
• At least Highschool graduate or with TESDA certification;
• Hardworking and Reliable;
• Can finish task on certain deadline;
• 1-3 years Aircon Technician experience;
• NCII certification;
• Willing to do shifting schedule and willing to work on Weekends and Holidays
