About the role

As a Company Driver/Rider at Heatwave Industrial sales', you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of items, documents, and other company-related materials to various locations. This role requires route familiarity, time management, and a strong sense of responsibility, as you will be tasked with completing deliveries efficiently and reliably. Your ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing road or traffic conditions is essential to ensure smooth operations and dependable service in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position is based in Grace Park West, South Caloocan City.

What You'll Be Doing
• Safely drive company vehicles to transport goods, materials, or personnel to specified locations.
• Ensure timely deliveries and pickups according to schedule.
• Perform deliveries and collections to clients, and make purchases from suppliers as required.
• Ensure proper handling of items to prevent damage or loss during transit.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned vehicle or motorcycle.
• Comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
• Accurately complete receipts, or other required documentation.
• Interact professionally with clients or customers during deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with the office for updates, instructions, and delivery-related concerns.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed.
• Report any delays, accidents, or vehicle issues immediately to management.
• Assisting production when no driving tasks.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dependable and responsible Company Driver/Rider who has solid experience in handling deliveries, pickups, and basic logistical tasks. This role requires someone with excellent knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and the ability to navigate efficiently to ensure timely service.

A background in delivery driving, courier services, or logistics is preferred, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone who values punctuality, safety, and professionalism. The ideal candidate must be organized, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing basic upkeep.

For Job Qualifications
• At least High School Graduate.
• Professional Driver’s license (Restriction 1 & 2)
• Must be able to drive L300, Car and/or Motorcycles.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety rules.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform minor checks(e.g., tire pressure, oil levels)
• Ensure accurate deliveries and pickups.
• Must be able to communicate with clients politely and professionally, maintaining a positive company image.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects(if necessary)
• Punctual, honest and reliable.
