Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Housekeeper/Director of Housekeeping to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Manage and mentor a large team of housekeeping staff, including supervisors and room attendants
• Create and oversee departmental budgets, including labor costs and supplies
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
• Handle guest complaints and feedback related to housekeeping services
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative housekeeping practices

Qualifications
• Proven experience (5+ years) in housekeeping management, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
