The Daytime Working
Supervisor will manage a team responsible for maintaining Domus's high standards of cleanliness across facilities. You will provide guidance, conduct inspections, and ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained. In this supervisory capacity, you will also train new staff and handle essential administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate cleaning staff work
• Perform monthly inspections of cleaning facilities
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained
• Engage in hands-on cleaning including vacuuming and sanitizing
• Complete training and onboarding for new hires Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in the cleaning field
• Strong English and French communication skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Familiarity with both commercial and industrial cleaning
• Commitment to Domus's cleanliness standards Drive cleanliness excellence at Domus in Ottawa as a key supervisor.
