Shape is redefining healthy dining in the Al ain . We’re looking for a high-performance Commis 1 who can deliver precision, speed, and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The Mission
• Precision Execution: Prep and cook menu items strictly following Shape SOPs.
• High Volume: Maintain speed and accuracy during peak Al Ain delivery and dine-in hours.
• Quality Control: Ensure every plate meets our "perfectly shaped" standards for nutrition and presentation.
• Food Safety: Maintain a 5-star hygiene rating at your station.

The Requirements
• Experience: 1+ years in a high-volume kitchen or healthy-concept brand.
• Skills: Expertise in portion control, grilling, and clean plating.
• Mindset: Disciplined, fast-moving, and obsessed with consistency.
