We are seeking a dedicated and professional Code 10 or 14 Driver to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. Key Responsibilities
• Operate Code 10 or 14 vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Load and unload cargo and ensure it is secured properly for transport.
• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel, and hours of service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding route changes or delays.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any issues to management.
• Deliver goods to various locations in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
• Matric Certificate is required.
• A valid Code 10 or 14 driver’s license.
• Proven driving experience with a clear driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic repairs is a plus.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle pressure during busy periods.
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred, but not essential.
