Job Description
Our client is looking for a dedicated and organized Area Supervisor to oversee commercial cleaning operations across multiple sites in the Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA region. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, scheduling work, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively managing and motivating cleaning staff. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple commercial properties. Lead, train, and motivate cleaning teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and work plans for assigned areas. Conduct regular site inspections to assess cleanliness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training to cleaning staff. Maintain accurate records of staff performance, inventory, and inspections. Foster a positive and safe working environment for the cleaning team. Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or janitorial industry. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and travel between assigned sites. Basic computer proficiency for reporting and record-keeping.
