As a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include supervising and training cleaning staff, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure quality and productivity. Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and directing the work of cleaning staff on various commercial sites. Training new cleaning personnel on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards. Developing and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. Conducting regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards. Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed. Ensuring the proper use and maintenance of cleaning machinery and tools. Enforcing health and safety regulations on all job sites. Addressing and resolving any client concerns or issues related to cleaning services promptly. Motivating the cleaning team to achieve high performance and maintain excellent work ethic. Reporting on team performance, site conditions, and supply needs to management. Ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation for cleaning tasks. Maintaining a professional and positive working relationship with clients and staff.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning or a related field, with demonstrated supervisory experience.
