Our client, a leading provider of professional cleaning and sanitation services, is seeking a dedicated and organized Commercial Cleaning Supervisor. This on-site role, based in **Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, ZA**, is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across a portfolio of commercial properties. Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and directing the work of cleaning staff on various commercial sites. Training new cleaning personnel on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards. Developing and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. Conducting regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards. Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed. Ensuring the proper use and maintenance of cleaning machinery and tools.
