WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prep & organization
• Execute daily prep for dinner service: sauces, pasta, proteins, vegetables
• Complete prep lists independently, with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain consistency in flavor, portioning, and quality across all items
• Follow established recipes and kitchen systems
• Label, date, and store all products following FIFO rotation
• Keep walk-ins and dry storage clean and organized at all times

Service (brunch & dinner)
• Set up and manage your station from start to finish
• Cook and plate dishes with consistency and attention to detail
• Manage ticket flow and stay organized under pressure
• Monitor food quality, temperatures, and portion control throughout service
• Clean and reset your station after service

Additional responsibilities
• Receive deliveries and verify quality and quantities
• Communicate low inventory clearly and proactively
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–4 years of prep or line cook experience in a professional kitchen

• Organized, reliable, and consistent under pressure
• Able to work independently and maintain focus throughout service
• Punctual and professional in attitude and conduct
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
