Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced leaders to join our team in the following roles: Restaurant General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Restaurant Manager. These positions are responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities
• Oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and develop management and hourly staff
• Manage labor, food cost, and overall profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Analyze sales and implement strategies to improve performance

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience

Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities
• Manage kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency
• Monitor food inventory, ordering, and cost control

Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent guest experience
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and shift management
• Help maintain cleanliness and brand standards

Qualifications
• 1–3+ years of restaurant supervisory experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
