GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Patrol Security Guard!

We're seeking experienced, detail driven security professionals who take pride in vigilance, presentation, performance and leadership. As an Apartment Complex Security Guard, you will serve as the first line of defense, responsible for proactive loss prevention, site inspections and maintaining a safe environment. This role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgement and the professionalism expected of a senior officer.

Responsibilities:
• Perform precise interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Monitor surveillance systems and site activity, identifying irregularities before they escalate
• Maintain high visibility and professional composure while enforcing site policies and access control procedures
• Conduct ID and visitor verification with diplomacy and authority
• Produce clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Collaborate with site leadership to uphold GardaWorld's high standards of service

• Set schedule: Full Time Second Shift. 4:30PM-12:30AM (40 Hours Per Week)

Qualifications
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional security, concierge or access control experience
• Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
• Proven ability to remain alert and composed throughout long or routine shifts
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
