Summary:

As a Housekeeper, you will help create a welcoming environment by ensuring guest rooms and common areas are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
• Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.
• Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion.
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required).
• Completion of training with certification sign-off.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time, with flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
