Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of concourses, seating areas, restrooms, suites, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and remove trash to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing
• Respond quickly to spills and high-traffic cleaning needs during events
• Restock restroom supplies and ensure sanitation standards are consistently met
• Handle custodial duties across large venues, ensuring all areas remain guest-ready
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and minor facility upkeep as needed
• Use industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
• Follow all safety procedures and health regulations to maintain compliance

Experience & Qualifications
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred (stadium, arena, or large venue experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing
• Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums
• Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks and minor repair work is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, overnight, and weekends
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to following safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $17.87 per hour
