Responsibilities
β€’ Perform thorough cleaning of concourses, seating areas, restrooms, suites, offices, and common areas
β€’ Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and remove trash to maintain high cleanliness standards
β€’ Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing
β€’ Respond quickly to spills and high-traffic cleaning needs during events
β€’ Restock restroom supplies and ensure sanitation standards are consistently met
β€’ Handle custodial duties across large venues, ensuring all areas remain guest-ready
β€’ Assist with light maintenance tasks and minor facility upkeep as needed
β€’ Use industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
β€’ Follow all safety procedures and health regulations to maintain compliance

Experience & Qualifications
β€’ Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred (stadium, arena, or large venue experience is a plus)
β€’ Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing
β€’ Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums
β€’ Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks and minor repair work is advantageous
β€’ Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, overnight, and weekends
β€’ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs
β€’ Strong attention to detail
β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
β€’ Commitment to following safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
