Duties

• Supervise, motivate, and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to safety guidelines
• Coordinate with different departments to prioritize cleaning tasks and respond promptly to urgent requests
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, laundry products, and custodial equipment
• Maintain detailed records of staff schedules, performance evaluations, incident reports, and supply usage

Skills
• Proven experience in supervising cleaning or custodial teams within hospitality or commercial settings
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively
• Extensive janitorial experience including knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards
• Familiarity with laundry operations and housekeeping management in hotel or hospitality environments
