Job Overview

JmEco Cleaning Company is seeking a dependable Medical Clinic Cleaner to join our cleaning team. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, sanitized, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Schedule (6 Days Per Week – Non-Negotiable)

This position requires availability six (6) days per week.
• Approx. 3.5 hours per shift
• Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: After 7:30 PM
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: After 6:30 PM
• Saturday After 6:30 PM or Sunday : Any time
• Facilities are closed during cleaning hours. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces following medical cleaning protocols
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces
• Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.)
• Perform routine cleanliness checks and report maintenance issues
• Follow daily and monthly cleaning schedules
• Track small inventory (chemicals, rags, paper products, etc.)
• Remove trash and recycle and dispose of garbage in outside bins (up to 50 lbs)
• Secure facility after cleaning (position includes key holder responsibilities)

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and reliable (consistent attendance is required)
• Must be able to pass background check
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
• Must maintain professionalism while representing JmEco Cleaning Company

Uniform & Supplies
• Company uniforms provided (closed-toe shoes required)
• All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
