The Philadelphia Location

Located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia this will be the Companys 4th location opening in Fall 2024. The 10000 square foot location offers our classic Mission experiences with glass-walled bomb rooms blasting teams with Paint Foam and Slime; 5 immersive arcade lounges (Game Bays); street food and a full selection of beer wine cocktails & signature slushies @ The Bomb Bar; a beer garden with sports viewing; and dedicated private event spaces for large groups.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The Facilities team is responsible for the laundry room cleaning crew washing dishes glassware flatware pots and pan and restrooms. Cleaning all areas of the establishment in need. Organizing and cleaning all items responsible for game play such as hazmat suits aprons towels shoe covers etc. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the BOH and FOH spaces in accordance with BTB standards. This position works in close collaboration with management kitchen team and FOH crew and must adhere to established health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
• Washing all hazmat suits shoe covers towels linen aprons and other items as needed
• Wash dishes glassware flatware pots and pan by hand or using dishwashing machine using extra care to not break the dishes.
• Operating heavy-duty commercial size washer and dryers
• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment and utensils in a clean orderly condition.
• Clean all food preparation areas and equipment Place clean dishes glassware and utensils in racks or in storage areas
• Remove trash recycling and used linens and place in designated areas
• Responsible for the overall cleaning and maintenance of the facility
• Sweeping mopping and overall upkeep of the general spaces within the facility. BOH and FOH guest and employee areas. Not limited to certain area(s) but the overall facility
• Clean and sanitize garbage cans mirrors kitchen bar equipment and all bathroom fixtures on a regular basis
• Clean dish machine and other equipment
• Clean up broken dishes and glassware and spills immediately collaborating with other FOH department area to maintain the cleanliness of the venue
• Perform open closing ongoing side work and beautification lists
• Abide by sanitation health and company guidelines concerning safety and cleanliness
• Attend meetings and trainings as requested including pre-shift meetings
• Assist with training of new staff
• Adhere to grooming conduct and uniform standards
• Other duties as required
