TEMPORARY CLEANER – MULTIPLE LONG ISLAND LOCATIONS

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Job Type: Temporary

Locations: Garden City, NY | North Babylon, NY | Riverhead, NY | Commack, NY | Huntington Station, NY
Job Description:

We are seeking reliable Temporary Cleaners to support multiple locations across Long Island. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors

Perform detailed restroom cleaning and restock paper and soap dispensers

Remove trash and recycling

Clean and disinfect high-touch areas

Operate and clean freight elevators

Maintain sidewalks, plazas, lobbies, and common areas (trash, spills, gum removal)

Spot clean doors, walls, and partitions

Assist with event and conference room setups

Support floor and carpet care projects including stripping, waxing, buffing, and shampooing

Perform other general cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver’s License
MUST HAVE A CAR

Must live in or within a reasonable commuting distance to: Garden City, North Babylon, Riverhead, Commack, or Huntington Station

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Professional attitude and ability to provide good customer service

Additional Information:

This position requires travel between multiple work sites. A personal vehicle is required and is not optional.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
