As per the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the minimum wage for plumbers in Turkey is 26,005 TL per month as of 1 January 2026. Overtime pay must be calculated at 1.5 times the hourly rate for hours exceeding 45 per week. This applies to all certified plumbing roles under the national labor law.
