We are looking for a Management Assistant to join our team in Antalya and provide essential support across departments.What does your job as Management Assistant at Rijk Zwaan look like?As a Management Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth travel and administrative operations for our commercial, breeding, and execution teams. Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, car rentals, health insurance) for departmentsActing as the direct contact person for all travel-related procedures abroadManaging monthly travel reports and maintaining updated hotel listsOrganizing transfers and accommodations for international visitors (excluding Board-level guests)Assisting with internal and external meeting logistics, including dining and event coordinationHandling incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriatelyMonitoring the info mail account and forwarding messages to relevant contactsSupporting celebrations and special day events (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, New Year, Women’s Day)Collaborating with the Board Management Assistant on broader administrative and event planning tasksWe are looking for a Management Assistant with:You are planned and well-organised with good follow-up skills.
