Our focus on innovation, transparency, and growth, combined with our commitment to continuous improvement and a collaborative spirit, drives our success!As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless day-to-day operation of Ando Living units in Istanbul, Turkey. You will uphold and elevate brand standards, lead operational excellence, and support the launch of new projects in close collaboration with headquarters and cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and guarantee seamless operations across all Ando Living units, ensuring high-quality service for both guests and owners.Prepare and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for each Ando Living project, ensuring financial targets are met and maintaining full accountability for both revenue generation and cost control.Assure compliance with Ando Living brand standards and operational procedures.Prepare, plan, and supervise the launch of new Ando Living projects within the country.Monitor and resolve guest and owner complaints, ensuring final satisfaction and service recovery.Oversee relationships with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security), ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and contract compliance.Lead, manage, and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, efficiency, ethics, and integrity.Design and implement training programs to upskill staff and reinforce brand standards.Define and monitor operational KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.Ensure all units comply with local health, safety, and legal regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.Collaborate directly with headquarters to support future project developments.Profile:3–5 years of experience in hospitality operations, serviced apartments, hotels, or property management.Experience supervising day-to-day operations and coordinating small operational teams.Hands-on profile with the ability to manage operational challenges in a dynamic environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.Comfortable managing daily operational priorities and supporting cost control initiatives.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Based in Istanbul, preferably in or near Beyoğlu.Fluent in English; Turkish is mandatory.
