Job TitleSecurity ManagerJob Description SummaryLead security operations at the data centre, ensuring the safety of the facility, tenants, and staff. Manage the security team, systems, and incident response in line with client policies.Job DescriptionAbout the role:Manage and schedule on-site security staff and subcontractors.Oversee access control (biometric/photo ID, activation, suspension, revocation) and mantrap systems.Ensure 24/7 CCTV monitoring with 90-day recording; handle alarms and responses.Monitor perimeter security systems and control access gates.Manage visitor and contractor escorts following site rules.Handle security incidents, including response, investigation, and reporting.Coordinate with local police and emergency services when needed.Work closely with the client’s Security Manager and Head of Security.Develop SOPs, emergency plans, and run regular security drills.Ensure all security staff are trained, licensed, and compliant with local regulations.Track security performance (KPIs/SLAs) and contribute to monthly reports.Support audits, including ISO/IEC 27001 compliance.About YouAt least 8 years of security management experience, with 3+ years in critical infrastructure (e.g., data centres, finance, government).Relevant certification (CPP, PSP, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and perimeter security systems.Experience managing licensed security staff in Thailand or Southeast Asia.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
