About Our GroupThe ADG (Auto-Diagnostic Group) team develops and maintains automated failure-disposition technologies for HDD manufacturing. Our work ensures consistent accuracy, faster debug, reduced scrap, and improved operational efficiency across high-volume factories. We design rule-based and ML-assisted diagnostic logic, manage automation workflows, analyze failure signatures, and collaborate with Process Engineering, Product Engineering and Drive Firmware and Test Engineering functions to deliver robust automation solutions.About The Role - You WillDevelopment and enhancement of ADG rules and logic for HDD failure disposition Perform data extraction, cleansing, and analysis to identify defect patterns and improve automation accuracy Monitor system performance and assist with daily/weekly reporting related to ADG accuracy and disposition effectiveness Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python Develop system tool support debug and Drive ADG Engineering About YouSelf-motivated to learn new knowledge and technology follow the guideline Strong in project management, able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment Strong competency in data analysis, logical thinking, workflow design, and SOP design and implementation Effective team player with strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams Your Experience IncludesEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Technical skills: Python, Java or programming languages AI/ML: Strong foundational skill set of Machine Learning to manufacturing Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering-related field Location:Korat ThailandOur Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees.
