Job Description
ResponsibilitiesTo plan, execute, and support multidisciplinary maintenance activities covering mechanical, electrical, and instrument systems to enhance plant reliability, integrity, and availability. The role includes performing material condition inspections and evaluations, reviewing and clarifying technical specifications, overseeing equipment overhaul and refurbishment, and supporting the implementation of maintenance digitalization initiatives to align with company operational strategies and objectives.Follow the Company's HSE rules and regulations in all works under responsibility.Carry out assigned activities and oversee and assist contractors ensuring they perform their duties safely, correctly and complete their assigned work on time.Plan preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance activities in collaboration with related disciplines and monitor work execution in compliance with COMPANY standards.Conduct material condition inspection and evaluation, equipment overhaul and refurbishment follow-up, and ensure proper documentation and registration.Review and provide technical clarifications on equipment specifications, drawings, and datasheets.Support implementation and improvement of maintenance digitalization initiatives, such as offshore maintenance daily reports, digital log sheets, and maintenance task digital check sheets.Prepare and ensure readiness of tools, materials, and consumables before work execution.Participate in root cause and reliability analysis in coordination with relevant engineers.Foster collaboration and maintain good working relationships with team members, contractors, and COMPANY personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Perform failure root cause analysis, bad actor analysis from failure data with reliability engineerRequirementsBachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, or related discipline) or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of work experience in maintenance in Oil &Gas field or similar.Exposure to multidisciplinary maintenance execution and planning.Experience in static and rotating equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentationFamiliar with SAP and CMMS system in maintenance service moduleKnowledge in material inspection, refurbishment processes, and maintenance digital toolsWilling to relocate to Songhkla, Thailand and able to understand Thai language
