We are 4000-plus professionals spread across 25 offices across the Asia Pacific.While our experience has been a century in the making, itโ€™s the fresh talent we are nurturing, the innovative thinking weโ€™re developing and the connections that we are forging that get us most excited for the future.We are currently recruiting for MEP Revit Drafters to join the Bangkok Office of a growing engineering consulting business.MEP Revit Drafters/Operator Role Purpose And Key AccountabilitiesSet up, prepare and produce MEP BIM Models using Autodesk Revit for contract documents and coordination.Produce MEP engineering detailed drawings that comply with company and industry standards.Prepare submission drawings with presentation format to authorities.Resolves technical problems and details independently; and seeks advice when requiredUses computer aided MEP BIM/Revit drafting skills to produce drawings that comply with company and industry standardsAssist senior staff with the analysis of information, production of design/drafting documentation, tenders and proposalsActively pursues opportunities to develop drafting skillsSeek specific and constructive feedback to ensure professional and technical drafting developmentParticipate in sharing of knowledge and information with other team membersWork with team members and managers to meet the project deliverable and timeline.KEY REQUIREMENTTertiary / Technical QualificationRelevant Diploma / Technical qualification. Specialist Diploma in BIM will be preferred.Minimum 3-4 years of experience in mechanical and electrical (local Building consultancy design) in an engineering consulting environment or with construction companies.Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures.Competent user of relevant engineering software (Revit).Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English is an advantage.Able to interact and work with colleagues and member of other consultants at various levels.A team, client and delivery focused working style.We Offer The Following To Qualified CandidatesFriendly international working environment with a wide variety of interesting and challenging task.
