Job Description
Responsibilities:Overseeing all operational aspects of fulfillment, controlling, and managing inventory and logistics.To manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded.Tracking inventory levels to prevent stockouts and/or deadstock.Lead, mentor, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity.Provide training to new and existing staff on warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Coaching and managing the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and achieve short- and long-term performance goals.Report and investigate any incidents, accidents, or near-miss events.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to address discrepancies.Work closely with the inventory control team to manage stock levels and reduce shrinkage.Coordinate with purchasing and merchandising teams to facilitate smooth inventory replenishment.Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency and manages operational goals.Implement quality control measures to ensure that we meet standards.Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost-saving initiatives within the warehouse.Implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/ Engineer or a related field.Experience in Logistics Warehouse/Inventory/Distribution for at least 5 years. (Experience in order fulfillment business in will be an advantage.)Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), inventory management systems, and warehouse management systemsDetail-orientedMultitasking capabilitiesGood logical and communication skillsExcellent in problem solving and decision makingExcellent in time managementBe able to work 6 days/week (Alternate Saturdays off)
