As per the Ministry of Labour, the minimum wage for electricians in Bangkok is 450 THB per day effective 1 January 2026. Overtime pay must be calculated at 1.5 times the hourly rate for hours beyond 8 per day. This rate applies to all licensed electrical workers under the Labour Protection Act.

Foreign workers must also hold a valid skill certificate from the Department of Skill Development issued before 31 December 2025. No exceptions apply for entry-level roles in 2026.

Employees receive 10 days of paid annual leave after completing 1 full year of service starting 1 January 2026. Sick leave is capped at 30 days per year with medical certificate.
