• Job Title: Plumber

Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings to ensure proper function and safety
• Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty systems to determine appropriate repair actions
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce system failures and prolong equipment life
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately plan and execute plumbing tasks
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety standards and local regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members on-site to coordinate work and resolve issues efficiently

Required competencies and certifications:
• Proven experience as a plumber in residential and/or commercial settings
• Relevant certifications or licenses (if required) to legally perform plumbing work
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices to perform tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to complete projects
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and fix plumbing problems
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work required for plumbing tasks

• Experience in renovation or construction projects to support diverse plumbing needs
